Getting Started

So here you are! You’ve heard about the joys and trials of CrossFit from your pals at your other gym, your brother in the Marines and your Aunt Tillie who just lost 23 pounds and did her first pullup ever. You’ve been surfing the CrossFit HQ site and found it to be, well, a little intimidating. All those tattoos and barbells – they don’t have that at the Pilates studio! Maybe you have questions, like “Where’s the Nautilus inner thigh machine?” or “What do you mean, you don’t have showers?”

Fear not. We are here to help. The best way we’ve found to answer all your questions and help you decide if CrossFit is the program for you is to give you a free week to try us out.

That’s right. A free week. Not a day, not a workout. A week.

Why so generous, you say? Simple. Once the rosy blush of new love and adrenaline from your first WOD (workout of the day) wears off, the soreness is going to set in. Then, the realization that CrossFit never gets easier. You get fitter, stronger, faster, and perform at a higher level of intensity than you ever thought possible, but still…… never gets easier.

That, and the realization that improving your life and your fitness often comes at the cost of a couple hours sleep you were really enjoying, is the reason we give you a free week to decide if this is for you. It’s an adjustment. Like lots of stuff that’s good for you, it’ll cost you, and the first thing to go is going to be your comfort zone.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting off the couch for the first time since high school, the free week is yours to take so you can make an informed decision. If you’re still just as excited after your fifth WOD as your first, we’ll talk about making CrossFit a part of your life.

As for the cost, you don’t have to come here and do burpees for a week to get that info – we’re happy to spell it out for you. If you’re comparison shopping like we all are, good for you – it pays to be smart! Here are our membership options:

  • 10 Class Block: $160.00
  • 20 Class Block: $300.00
  • Unlimited: $149.00/month
  • Drop-in fee: $20.00. Must be a current CrossFit member with at least 4 month’s experience
  • Private training available by appointment.


So there you are! Once you know CrossFit is the right fit for you, we’ll set you up on a suitable membership. From there, it’s all sunshine and lollipops…..not!
